A damage deposit or deposit is a sum of money paid in relation to a rented item to ensure it is returned in good condition. If you paid an upfront refundable damage deposit at the time of booking, this is automatically refunded to you at the end of your stay within 72 hours, provided there’s no damage reported to the property by our managers or turnover assistance.
We may have to ask you how you’d like to receive this damage deposit: Zelle, Venmo or CashApp is easiest.
If our managers or turnover assistance reports damage to the property, we will reach out to your immediately on the day of your checkout. Depending on the issue, you might not receive your deposit in full. We will communicate the issue for quick resolution and discuss any damage costs.
