This 2 bedroom 2 bath is located in a very historic building built-in 1913. A unique private corner ground-level apartment on a quiet residential street, just minutes from Atlanta’s downtown, Midtown, Stadium & Art Districts. It is furnished: exposed brick, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. It comfortably sleeps 4, & up to 6 people. Very easy self guided check-in. Please No Smoking inside & No Parties.

The space
The suite is located on the ground floor in one of the more historic buildings in Atlanta, originally built in 1913. Don’t worry, the residence has been updated since;) The entrance is directly from the street with free parking across the street. You’ll be greeted by a large open floor plan of a very spacious living area. It’s connected to a chef-style kitchen peninsula. All your basics are provided. The TV is a 55″ connected with Apple TV for sharing content with your fellow guests or watching your favorite shows. Unfortunately, The oven does not work. There is a large countertop oven and a standard 4 burner electric range. The hall leads back past a small bathroom with a shower cabin on your left.

Further back, the master bedroom is to your right. There is a queen bed with bedside tables and lamps. The room is spacious with a remote-controlled fan and a spacious walk-in closet. Here you’ll likely find the ironing board, additional air mattress, and bedding for any extra guests. There is a shower, double vanity bathroom, and a big tub with plenty of daylight. The last bedroom is at the end of the hall. It also has a queen bed, bedside tables, and lamps. There is a small walk-in closet and a private entrance.

This is a historic building built in 1913. Atlanta is in the hot & humid south. After heavy rains or with the changing of the seasons, you may get a bug or two that wander in to get a break from the heat, or looking for water. While unfortunate & certainly not desirable, it’s very common in Atlanta. We do pay for professional sustainable monthly pest service. As of October 2021, we have switched to a new service & heavily treated the unit. I apologize in advance if you happen to see any during your stay. Please let us know if you do see any and location.

While we did update and renovate a few years ago, the building is very old & there are some natural wear and tear. Please make us aware of any issues during your stay. We want to make every effort to make your stay amazing and are constantly looking for suggestions to improve.

Located in one of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods of Mechanicsville, you are in close proximity to all the best things Atlanta has to offer. The house is located on a very quiet street. While you’re only a couple minutes from downtown and all the best things Atlanta has to offer, there’s not much yet in the immediate area in terms of walking. We recommend using ride sharing. Just minutes away is the museum district with new stunning Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Park, Aquarium, World of Coke, & Civil rights museum and Sky-view Ferris Wheel. Also this house just 6-8 minutes from the World Congress Center and AmericasMart. The worlds biggest airport is an very easy in/out being just 10 minutes away.

Getting around

Car is recommended but not needed. If you have cars, there is plenty of street parking for extra cars, just make sure to watch the street signs. Also Ride sharing services such as Uber, Lift and others are readily available 24/7.

NO PARTIES – Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, a minimum fine of $1000, plus any damages and additional cleaning fees.

SMOKING POLICY – Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $500 for smoke remediation.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE – Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. It is the guest’s responsibility to insure their personal belongings and those of their guests. Manager and its staff are not responsible for guests’ contents, lost items, or forgotten packages.

CLEANING AND FURNITURE – Excessive cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration to the original position will incur a fee of $25 per piece.

PET POLICY – While we love your furry friends, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cat stays MUST be reviewed on a case by case basis in advance of booking and are typically only approved for longer stays and for additional fees to appropriately mitigate afterwards.

  • One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $60 fee, and each additional pet will be $60.
  • $500 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet
  • $25 fee will be charged per mess left behind. Guests are liable for any pet damages.

SERVICE ANIMALS – Guests with a licensed ADA service animal must adhere to strict guidelines. You must inform us of answers to the following two questions:

  • Is the assistance animal required because of a disability?
  • What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

And acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your Service Dog/ESA may not be left unattended. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES).
  • Additional charges may apply for damage or extra cleaning caused by the stay.
  • Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may result in eviction without refund.
  • Service animals/ESAs may not be on furniture or counters unless necessary for the disability.
  • There are rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, such as not leaving the service animal unattended, providing a copy of the rabies vaccine, keeping the animal on a leash, and cleaning up after it.

ADDITIONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION – Due to liability from Atlanta’s short-term rental
regulations, additional identity verification is required. This ensures the consistency of guest profiles and prevents stolen identities. We require all guests to send copy of ID within 48 hours to confirmed booking.

LATE CHECK OUT – Check out at 11AM. Failure to secure a late check-out in advance will incur a $150 Cleaning Call Out Fee in addition to the applicable fees.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS – Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Management must be informed of every individual staying in the property.

QUIET HOURS – Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors.
Failure to comply may result in a fine of 1/2 one night’s rent.
